**Ingredients (for 10 people):**
• 300 g plain flour
• 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 eggs
• 200 g sugar
• 200 ml milk
• 150 ml vegetable oil
• 2 sachets baking powder
• Filling: 6 tablespoons Mouccarella
• Ganache: 200 g dark chocolate, 150 ml fresh cream
**Preparation:**
1. Prepare the batter by mixing the dry ingredients, then add eggs, milk and oil. Divide into three equal tins (18 cm) and bake at 175°C for 25 minutes.
2. Prepare the ganache: heat the cream, pour it over the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
3. Assemble the cake: first sponge layer, Mouccarella filling, second layer, Mouccarella, third layer.
4. Cover the entire cake with the chocolate ganache. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
