**Ingredients (for 4 croissants):**
• 4 fresh butter croissants
• 4 tablespoons Mouccarella
• 30 g flaked almonds
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Icing sugar, to taste
**Preparation:**
1. Toast the flaked almonds in a dry non-stick pan for 2–3 minutes until golden.
2. Warm the croissants in the oven at 160°C for 5 minutes.
3. Slice each croissant lengthways without separating the two halves.
4. Microwave the Mouccarella for 15 seconds and fill each croissant generously.
5. Arrange the toasted almond flakes, drizzle with honey and dust with icing sugar.
