**Ingredients (for 4 waffles):**
• 200 g plain flour
• 2 eggs
• 250 ml milk
• 80 g melted butter
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 4 tablespoons Mouccarella
• 150 g fresh blueberries
• Whipped cream, to taste

**Preparation:**
1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add eggs, milk and melted butter; mix well.
2. Heat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
3. Pour in the batter and cook for about 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
4. Warm the Mouccarella and pour it over the waffles in a cascade. Top with blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
