**Ingredients (for 2 people):**
• 2 eggs
• 150 ml milk
• 80 g plain flour
• 1 pinch of salt
• 20 g butter
• 3 tablespoons Mouccarella
• 100 g fresh raspberries
• Icing sugar, to taste
**Preparation:**
1. Beat the eggs with the milk, add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt. Rest for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick pan with a knob of butter. Pour in a ladle of batter and cook for 1 minute each side.
3. Warm the Mouccarella in the microwave for 20 seconds. Fill each crêpe with the cream and fresh raspberries.
4. Fold into quarters, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
