**Ingredients (for 12 cupcakes):**
• 200 g plain flour
• 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 eggs
• 150 g sugar
• 120 ml milk
• 80 ml vegetable oil
• 1 sachet baking powder
• For the frosting: 200 g Mouccarella, 150 g cream cheese (Philadelphia), 50 g icing sugar
**Preparation:**
1. Mix flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder. Add eggs, milk and oil. Mix until smooth.
2. Pour into cupcake cases (¾ full) and bake at 175°C for 18–20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
3. For the frosting: whip the cream cheese with the icing sugar, then fold in the Mouccarella.
4. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag with a star nozzle and decorate each cupcake in a circular motion.
