**Ingredients (for 4 people):**
• 500 ml fresh cream
• 50 g sugar
• 1 vanilla pod
• 6 g leaf gelatine (3 sheets)
• 4 tablespoons Mouccarella
• A few fresh mint leaves
**Preparation:**
1. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the cream with the sugar and vanilla seeds. Do not bring to the boil.
3. Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve it in the warm cream. Stir well.
4. Pour into individual moulds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
5. Unmould the panna cotta onto plates, warm the Mouccarella and pour it as a coulis. Garnish with mint.
