**Ingredients (for 6 people):**
• 300 g sponge fingers (ladyfingers)
• 500 g mascarpone
• 4 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
• 100 g sugar
• 300 ml cold coffee
• 5 tablespoons Mouccarella
• Unsweetened cocoa powder, to taste

**Preparation:**
1. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy. Fold in the mascarpone.
2. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the cream.
3. Dip the sponge fingers in cold coffee and arrange a first layer in a dish.
4. Pour a layer of cream, then spoon in the Mouccarella, then another layer of sponge fingers and cream.
5. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
