**Ingredients (for 2 people):**
• 200 g plain flour
• 2 eggs
• 200 ml milk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 20 g butter
• 4 tablespoons Mouccarella
• Mixed berries, to taste
**Preparation:**
1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl beat eggs and milk.
2. Combine the two mixtures without overworking (a few lumps are fine).
3. Cook the pancakes in a buttered non-stick pan over medium heat, about 2 minutes each side.
4. Stack the pancakes, warm the Mouccarella and pour it over in a cascade. Garnish with fresh berries.
